Two-colored heart biscuits or cookies / Bicolor Heart Cookies


Ingredients:
200g soft butter
150g sugar
6 drops of butter vanilla baking flavor
330g of flour
100g cornstarch
1 egg
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Some extra flour for processing
rolling pin
A small and as large as possible heart cookie cutter


Instructions:
  • Knead all ingredients in the food processor or with your hands to a smooth dough (in the Thermomix 4 minutes dough step, always pushing it down with the spatula). In the Thermomix or in the food processor, the dough is initially a bit crumbly, but if you take it out and kneaded by hand on the floured work surface, it will be smooth and supple.
  • Remove half of the dough and knead well with about 1 tbsp baking cocoa powder.
  • Form two dough balls, one light and one dark.
