Stracciatella Kirsch Lasagna

2 glasses (à 720 ml) cherries
40 g cornstarch
4 tablespoons Amaretto
2 tbsp sugar + 4 tbsp sugar
150 g dark chocolate
250 g mascarpone
300 g of lean quark
1 packet of vanilla sugar
250 g of whipped cream
1 package (200 g) brown cake (Kemm's cake)

  • Drain the cherries on a sieve and catch the juice. Approximately Mix 100 ml of juice and starch until smooth. Boil the juice, Amaretto and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Stir in the stewed starch, simmer for about 2 minutes.
  • Fold in cherries. Allow compote to cool.
  • Break chocolate into pieces and melt in a hot water bath. Mix mascarpone, cottage cheese, 4 tablespoons sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat the cream until stiff and put it under the mascarpone cream. Approximately Lift half of the liquid chocolate in streaks under the cream.
