One-bowl Healthy Banana Bread


Ingredients:
1½ cups mashed banana (about 3-4 bananas)
⅓ cup plain greek yogurt
5 tablespoons butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup white granulated sugar
½ cup packed dark brown sugar
1½ cups white whole-wheat flour
¼ cup flaxseed meal
¾ teaspoon baking soda


Instructions:
  • Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium to large mixing bowl mix together banana, greek yogurt, butter, vanilla, and eggs.
