World's Best Cinnamon Raisin Bread (Not Bread Machine)


Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup milk
1⁄3 cup warm water (must be between 110-115 degrees)
2 (1/8 ounce) packages active dry yeast
1 eggs
1⁄4 cup white sugar
1⁄3 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1⁄3 cup raisins
2 2⁄3 cups all-purpose flour
