1 tbsp raw honey
2 drops vanilla extract

Instructions:
  • Cover the cashews in water and soak overnight.
  • 2. Drain the cashews, reserving the water. Place the cashews, honey, and vanilla in a blender and blend, adding small amounts of the soaking water until the mixture is smooth.
  • 3. Put in the fridge to set. Leave plain or top with fresh fruit and enjoy!
