Instant Pot Honey Barbecue Beef Oxtails

2 lb Rumba Meats Beef Oxtails
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
16 oz honey BBQ sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)

  • Season the oxtail with salt, black pepper, garlic and chili powder.
  • Turn on the Instant Pot ON. Select “Sauté” mode and adjust to more. When it is hot, add the oil. Brown the oxtail few minutes on each side. Press “Cancel”.
