Black Beans (canned is okay - drained and rinsed)
Blender Nacho Cashew Cheese

Instructions:
  • First step is First, make sure the lentils (and beans) are cooked and you have the Blender Nacho Cashew Cheese ready to go, and make sure all your toppings are chopped/sliced/organized.
  • And then, Pre-heat your oven to 350ºƒ and get out an edged sheet pan. Start with a layer of organic corn tortilla chips, making sure they are fully covering the bottom of the pan (overlapping is okay).
